Where we ship
We currently ship to India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Qatar and Malaysia. If your country is not on this list, we can't take a pre-booking for it yet.
When
Shipping of the first batch begins in November 2027. Systems are dispatched in the order pre-bookings were made. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm your address and collect the balance. If the date changes, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
In India
Shipping is free, and so is installation: our team installs and sets up your system.
Outside India
The shipping cost to your address is added to your balance at dispatch, and we confirm it with you before you pay. Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes in your country are payable by you. Instead of installation, our team helps you set up your system over a video call.
Tracking and delivery
When your system is dispatched, we email you the courier and tracking details. Someone needs to be available to receive it. Please check the package when it arrives; if it is damaged, tell us at secure@sentinelx.systems as soon as possible, with photos.
