Who we are

This website and the SentinelX system are offered by SentinelX Private Limited (“SentinelX”, “we”, “us”), CIN U26515AP2026PTC124417, GSTIN 37ABSCS9674A1ZP. By using this website or pre-booking, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy policy, Refund & cancellation policy and Shipping policy.

What a pre-booking is

A pre-booking is an advance payment that reserves one SentinelX system for you from the first production batch and locks the early-bird price. One system includes 4 Edge AI Cameras, the Automation System, the Alarm System and the Key Fob.

A pre-booking is not yet a completed sale. The sale is completed when you pay the balance and we dispatch your system.

Prices

Prices in India include GST. Outside India, prices are shown and charged in your local currency, converted from the rupee prices above at the exchange rate on the day you pay. The amount shown before you pay is exactly the amount charged.

Your pre-booking amount is adjusted against the early-bird price. In India, the balance is ₹1,90,000. Outside India, the balance is the early-bird price less your pre-booking, plus shipping, in the currency you paid in.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and never reach our servers. For your pre-booking we issue a receipt voucher. No GST is charged on the pre-booking; a GST tax invoice is issued when your system ships.

Before dispatch we will contact you to collect the balance. If the balance is not paid within 30 days of our request, we may cancel the pre-booking and refund your pre-booking amount in full.

Delivery

Shipping of the first batch begins in November 2027, in the order pre-bookings were made. This is our target date. If it changes, we will tell you, and you can cancel and get a full refund. Full details are in the Shipping policy.

Cancelling

You can cancel your pre-booking at any time until your system ships and get a full refund. We may also cancel a pre-booking, for example if we cannot ship to your address, in which case we refund you in full. See the Refund & cancellation policy.

The product

SentinelX is still being prepared for production. We may improve the design, components or features before shipping, as long as the system you receive is at least as capable as the one described when you pre-booked. If a change would matter to you, you can cancel for a full refund.

SentinelX helps protect your home. It cannot guarantee that no break-in, loss or harm will ever happen, and it does not replace the police or emergency services. SentinelX never contacts emergency services on its own.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with a pre-booking is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

This website

The content, design, names and logos on this website belong to SentinelX. Please don't copy them without our permission. Don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or overload it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. Before going to court, please write to us at secure@sentinelx.systems and we will try to resolve it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your pre-booking is the one in force on the day you paid. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
